A Father’s Rights Program

(TICW) Provides a second chance to fathers that were previously incarcerated. It gives them an opportunity to pick up a trade and to obtain a paying job. It’s also constructed to help fathers that are behind on Child Support. This program will provide weekly support groups and will offer counseling services to those in need of repairing a broken relationship.
